📋 Description

• As a Senior Solutions Architect at hyperexponential Ltd, you will serve as a pivotal technical advisor bridging product, sales, and customer success to drive high-stakes enterprise deals in the $7 trillion insurance industry, where your work directly influences whether insurers can make faster, smarter risk and pricing decisions using the company’s AI-powered hx Renew platform.
• You will translate complex prospect requirements and legacy system constraints into clear, actionable integration strategies aligned with hx’s onboarding playbooks, ensuring seamless adoption of the platform across global insurers while maintaining technical rigor and commercial alignment.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading technical discovery and design workshops with underwriters, actuaries, and IT stakeholders to deeply understand workflows and co-create viable solution architectures that address real-world pricing and underwriting challenges.
• You will act as the trusted technical voice throughout the sales cycle, guiding stakeholders through RFPs, RFIs, due diligence, and security reviews to eliminate friction, build confidence, and keep high-value deals moving toward closure.
• You will design, build, and deliver compelling proofs-of-concept and demos that showcase hx Renew’s integration capabilities, demonstrating tangible value in transforming customers’ pricing and underwriting processes through AI-driven insights.
• As a ‘Customer Zero’ partner with Product Engineering, you will test new features in real-world scenarios, surface edge cases, and provide critical feedback that improves product quality, relevance, and market fit.
• You will create and maintain reusable technical assets — including integration libraries, reference architectures, demo environments, and presentation materials — that scale the impact of the Field Engineering team across multiple deals, regions, and customer segments.
• You will collaborate closely with Sales teams using structured methodologies to align technical execution with deal strategy, timing, and stakeholder influence, ensuring technical wins translate directly into commercial outcomes.
• You will contribute to and uphold shared technical standards, playbooks, and reference diagrams, while continuously developing your expertise through enablement, shadowing, and self-study to stay ahead in a fast-evolving AI and insurance technology landscape.
• You will operate in a high-ownership, collaborative environment where every customer interaction is visible, high-stakes, and leaves a lasting impression — your work directly feeding into revenue outcomes, product direction, and the company’s mission to modernize trillion-dollar insurance decisions.
• You will grow into a trusted technical leader who shapes not only customer success but also product evolution, leveraging your domain insight and creativity to solve some of the hardest integration challenges in enterprise software, all while being surrounded by peers who challenge and elevate your craft.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading technical solution design and integration for complex B2B or enterprise software deals, preferably in data-intensive domains such as finance, healthcare, or insurance.
• Demonstrated success in running end-to-end technical evaluations with diverse stakeholder groups (business, IT, security), navigating RFP/RFI processes, due diligence, and technical Q&A to achieve clear ‘tech win’ outcomes.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), distributed systems, APIs, event-driven architectures, and identity and access management, with hands-on coding ability in Python or similar languages to prototype, debug, and validate solutions.
• Experience designing and documenting solution architectures within established patterns, clearly articulating assumptions, risks, trade-offs, and alignment with business objectives.
• Track record of building and delivering tailored Proofs of Concept or Proof of Value that directly contributed to winning or expanding high-value accounts, ideally with measurable commercial impact.
• Proven ability to collaborate closely with Sales teams using structured sales methodologies to align technical work with deal strategy, timing, and stakeholder influence.
