  • • Join Truv Inc., a rapidly growing innovator in the financial data industry, as a Senior Solutions Architect focused on the Public Sector. We are revolutionizing how financial data, specifically payroll account access, is handled through our secure and real-time API platform. Our technology is designed to streamline critical processes such as income and employment verification, and direct deposit switching, moving away from cumbersome legacy methods and opening up new avenues for financial empowerment.
  • • As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will be instrumental in establishing Truv as the go-to partner for public sector organizations seeking to modernize their financial operations. You will act as a primary technical point of contact and a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the complexities of integrating our cutting-edge solutions into their existing infrastructure. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring successful product adoption, fostering deep customer satisfaction, and ultimately driving tangible business outcomes for our public sector partners.
  • • This role demands a unique blend of deep technical acumen, strategic thinking, and exceptional interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for understanding the intricate needs and challenges of public sector entities, translating those requirements into effective technical solutions leveraging Truv's platform, and articulating the value proposition of our services with clarity and conviction. Your ability to build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders, from technical teams to senior leadership, will be paramount to your success.

This involves deeply understanding their current systems, workflows, and data security protocols to ensure seamless and secure integration of Truv's APIs. You will be expected to identify opportunities for leveraging Truv's capabilities to solve specific public sector challenges, such as improving efficiency in benefits administration, streamlining payroll processes, or enhancing data accuracy for reporting and compliance.

Post-sales, you will work with our Customer Success and Product teams to ensure smooth implementations, troubleshoot any technical issues, and gather valuable feedback that informs our product roadmap. Your insights into the public sector's unique regulatory environment and operational demands will be invaluable in shaping our offerings.
  • • We are looking for someone who is not only technically proficient but also possesses a strong understanding of the public sector landscape, including its procurement processes, compliance requirements (e.g., FedRAMP, FISMA), and the specific challenges faced by government agencies and related entities. Your ability to navigate these complexities and demonstrate how Truv can provide secure, compliant, and efficient solutions will be key.
  • • Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • • Serving as the lead technical advisor for public sector clients, understanding their business objectives and translating them into actionable technical strategies using Truv's platform.
  • • Designing and presenting robust, scalable, and secure API integration solutions tailored to the unique requirements of government agencies and public sector organizations.
  • • Conducting in-depth technical discovery sessions, architectural reviews, and solution design workshops with client teams.
  • • Developing and delivering compelling technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and prototypes to showcase the value and capabilities of Truv's platform.
  • • Collaborating with Sales to support pre-sales activities, including responding to RFPs/RFIs, scoping technical requirements, and estimating implementation efforts.
  • • Partnering with Engineering and Product Management to provide customer feedback, identify product gaps, and influence the product roadmap based on public sector needs.
  • • Ensuring successful technical implementation and integration of Truv's solutions, acting as a key liaison between the client and Truv's internal teams.
  • • Proactively identifying and addressing potential technical challenges or risks throughout the client lifecycle.
  • • Staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes relevant to financial data, APIs, and the public sector.
  • • Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with technical stakeholders and decision-makers within public sector organizations.
  • • This is a high-impact role where you will directly contribute to Truv's expansion into the public sector market, helping to modernize critical government functions and improve the lives of citizens through efficient and secure financial data access. You will be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment backed by top-tier investors and a leadership team with a proven track record in scaling technology companies.
