📋 Description

• • As a Senior Solutions Architect at Sanity, you will ensure enterprise customers are successful and happy using Sanity’s AI-powered Content Operating System by aligning strategic goals with implementation details and facilitating collaboration between editors, designers, and developers.
• • Day to day, you will lead customized onboarding workshops, develop relationships with technical and product stakeholders, meet regularly with customers to demonstrate new features, support expansion opportunities, assist in the sales cycle through technical workshops and proof of concepts, create learning materials, develop plugins for common integrations, represent client needs to the internal product team, work with Support Engineering to resolve challenges, and collaborate with marketing and product teams on events and webinars.
• • You will join a team focused on customer success within a fast-growing, innovative company that powers content operations for industry leaders like SKIMS, Figma, Riot Games, Anthropic, Nordstrom, and Morningbrew.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in technical customer engagement, solution design for SaaS platforms, and cross-functional collaboration, while developing leadership and communication skills in a high-impact, customer-facing position.
