📋 Description

• As a Senior Solutions Consultant for the BeNeLux region at DeepL, you will serve as the local technical expert and strategic advisor, bridging the gap between DeepL’s advanced Language AI platform and customers’ business goals to drive adoption, satisfaction, and successful enterprise deals.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include driving technical discovery, delivering tailored demos and presentations, designing and executing proof-of-concept (POC) engagements, partnering with Account Executives on complex sales cycles, owning customer-facing communication with executive stakeholders, and surfacing field feedback to internal teams to improve solution offerings.
• You will join DeepL’s wider Sales team, a global group of product experts working hand-in-hand with Account Executives to ensure technical needs are met across SME and Enterprise clients, contributing to market expansion and customer engagement in a fast-growing, purpose-driven AI company.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise AI solutions, strengthen your ability to translate technical capabilities into business value, influence product development through real-world feedback, and grow your career in a collaborative, innovative environment focused on meaningful impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of client-facing technical experience in Solutions Consulting, Solutions Engineering, or Pre-Sales at a SaaS or AI company
• Strong technical foundation in REST APIs, authentication, and SSO frameworks (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Azure AD)
• Fluency in English and Dutch is required; proficiency in French, German, Spanish, or Italian is a plus
• Ability to independently lead complex pre-sales engagements and drive RFI/RFP processes
• Clear communication skills to present technical value to both business and technical audiences
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and language technology, with curiosity about voice AI, LLMs, and enterprise communication trends
