- • Own and support the full lifecycle of technical implementations for Singular’s marketing measurement platform across the Americas, from scoping and planning through onboarding, validation, and post-launch advisory.
- • Provide senior technical ownership for high-priority enterprise customer accounts, resolving complex issues related to SDK integration, API connectivity, attribution modeling, web-to-app tracking, server-to-server (S2S) events, and data validation.
- • Investigate data quality, attribution discrepancies, and reporting inconsistencies using SQL, system logs, APIs, internal tools, and customer-provided technical context.
- • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure technical issues are properly routed, documented, and resolved with clear ownership and follow-up.
- • Translate recurring customer challenges into scalable solutions by developing internal playbooks, documentation, training materials, and workflow improvements that reduce manual effort across the Solution Engineering team.
- • Partner with Customer Success and Sales to strengthen customer trust, drive retention, and support expansion by demonstrating technical confidence and delivering reliable implementation outcomes.
- • Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal product teams, prioritizing and communicating customer-backed feature requests with clear technical context and business impact.
- • Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to accelerate troubleshooting, summarize technical context, generate reusable documentation, analyze implementation patterns, and build lightweight internal scripts or tools.
- • Support technical sales activities by providing feasibility assessments, implementation roadmaps, and deep-dive demonstrations for new and existing accounts requiring advanced technical expertise.
- • Work independently in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment to solve ambiguous technical problems while maintaining clear communication with engineering, marketing, analytics, and business stakeholders.
- • Continuously improve internal processes by identifying patterns in customer implementations and proposing product enhancements or operational changes that increase team efficiency and customer success.
- • Maintain strong service orientation and ownership mindset, ensuring consistent follow-through, reliability, and trust-building with both customers and cross-functional teams.
- • Use command-line environments (Mac/UNIX) and write lightweight scripts in Python to automate repetitive tasks, validate data flows, or assist in debugging integration issues.
- • Contribute to the scaling of the Solution Engineering function by creating customer-facing and internal technical resources that standardize best practices and reduce onboarding time.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in Solution Engineering, Technical Account Management, Implementation Engineering, Sales Engineering, Software Engineering, or a similar technical customer-facing role.
- • Experience supporting complex customer implementations or enterprise-level technical accounts.
- • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to break down ambiguous technical problems.
- • Experience integrating or supporting mobile SDKs, REST APIs, event tracking, data integrations, or analytics platforms.
- • Ability to write SQL queries and investigate data quality, reporting, or attribution issues.
- • Comfort working in Mac, UNIX, or command-line environments.
