• • As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Risk Labs Foundation, you will be at the forefront of expanding the adoption of Across, a leading protocol in the interoperability space. This pivotal role sits at the dynamic intersection of engineering, product management, and strategic partnerships, demanding a deeply technical, highly collaborative, creative, and execution-oriented individual. You will serve as the primary technical partner for our integrators, guiding them from initial conversations through successful post-integration phases. Your mission is to reduce friction, design impactful solutions, and ensure a seamless, predictable integration journey for all partners leveraging our Swap API and infrastructure.
• • Your core responsibility will be **Integration Execution & Partner Enablement**. This involves providing hands-on support for architecture design and implementation decisions, acting as a crucial debugging resource across partner and protocol codebases, and proactively unblocking partners during testing, deployment, and production phases. You will be instrumental in identifying recurring integration blockers, diagnosing their root causes, and systematically eliminating them. A key aspect of this will be transforming bespoke partner solutions into reusable templates, comprehensive playbooks, and self-serve resources, thereby scaling our enablement efforts.
• • You will also be responsible for **Support Systems & Scale**. Recognizing that Across cannot scale linearly with support demands, you will design and implement workflows that significantly reduce manual debugging efforts. This includes introducing automation wherever feasible, enhancing our support infrastructure (ticketing systems, triage processes, internal tooling), and converting frequently asked questions into accessible documentation, self-serve tools, or automated flows. By improving these systems, you will directly increase the velocity and efficiency of our Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams, ensuring that repeated work is transformed into robust, scalable systems.
• • Furthermore, you will act as a crucial conduit for **Technical Signal & Commercial Awareness**. Operating at the nexus of product, engineering, and partnerships, you will gather and surface structured product feedback directly from our integrators. This insight will be invaluable for product development and strategic planning. You will also identify opportunities for expansion with growing partners and play a key role in articulating the technical value proposition of Across to decision-makers during commercial discussions. Ensuring that high-leverage partners receive proactive, high-quality support will be a critical aspect of this function. While not a quota-driven sales role, a keen commercial awareness is essential for success.
• • A significant part of your contribution will be in **Developer Experience Improvements**. As Across solidifies its position as essential infrastructure, you will be tasked with enhancing our developer documentation, refining integration flows, and publishing example implementations and reference repositories. Your efforts will aim to increase the discoverability of Across within technical communities and ensure that integrating with our protocol is intuitive, robust, and production-ready. You will be building the foundational elements that make developers successful before we broadly broadcast our capabilities.
