🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of pre-sales experience selling complex, technical products, OR 6+ years of professional experience supporting technical products with customer-facing experience (e.g., in delivery or consulting).
- • Demonstrated ability to build deep understanding of customer communications needs and guide them to a technical solution.
- • Proven experience in software development or strong working knowledge in at least one of the following: Backend (Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP), Web development (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, frontend frameworks like React, Vue.js, Angular), or experience building with REST APIs.
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to gain audience confidence and articulate complex topics to diverse audiences (technical and non-technical).
- • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
- • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and cloud application architecture is highly desirable.
