- • As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Heidi Health Senior Solutions Engineer, you will serve as the technical leader during the sales process, helping prospects understand what’s possible with Heidi’s AI Care Partner, guiding integration feasibility, and ensuring a smooth transition into implementation.
- • You will lead technical discovery with enterprise and mid-market prospects, design tailored solutions with product and engineering teams, deliver compelling demos to technical stakeholders, own RFP and security review responses, proactively resolve technical concerns that slow sales cycles, and partner with implementation teams post-signature to ensure seamless handoff and provide field feedback to product.
- • You will join a mission-driven team of doctors, engineers, designers, researchers, and creatives building AI-powered tools that help clinicians stay focused on patients, having already returned over 18 million hours to healthcare professionals and supporting more than ten million patient visits per month across 116 countries.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in healthcare technology integrations, enterprise sales processes, and cross-functional collaboration while directly impacting the scalability and adoption of a platform backed by nearly $100 million in funding and trusted by leading health systems like the NHS and Beth Israel Lahey Health.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or enterprise software
- • Strong working knowledge of integration protocols (REST APIs, SAML/OIDC, SCIM), enterprise architecture, and security standards
- • Experience supporting sales cycles with large healthcare providers, health systems, or EMR vendors (FHIR/HL7 familiarity a plus)
- • Ability to synthesise complexity and communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- • Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
- • Bonus: Experience in healthtech, startups, or regulated industries
