• • As a Senior Solutions Engineer II focused on Financial Partnerships in the APAC region, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of digital finance by forging deep, lasting relationships with leading financial institutions and enterprise clients.
• • You will serve as the primary technical liaison, bridging the gap between Circle's innovative financial technology solutions and the complex needs of our strategic partners.
• • Your role involves a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills to ensure our partners fully leverage Circle's cutting-edge products, including our regulated stablecoin network (USDC), the Circle Payments Network for global money movement, and Arc, our enterprise-grade blockchain.
• • You will collaborate intimately with the Financial Partnerships team, taking ownership of all technical and solution-oriented aspects of partner engagements from initial contact through to successful integration and ongoing support.
• • A key responsibility will be to articulate Circle's comprehensive product offerings to prospective partners, translating technical capabilities into tangible business value and demonstrating how our solutions directly address their unique challenges and strategic objectives.
• • You will lead in-depth technical discovery sessions, meticulously capturing and analyzing partner requirements to lay the groundwork for tailored and effective solutions.
• • This will involve designing robust technical solutions and proactively liaising across various internal departments, including product and engineering, to identify and overcome any potential product limitations, thereby ensuring client success and satisfaction.
• • You will work in close partnership with our product and engineering teams, providing critical market feedback and insights to help prioritize the development roadmap and address product gaps, ensuring Circle's offerings remain at the forefront of the industry.
• • Post-sales, you will join forces with Circle's partner management team to oversee all technical dimensions of the partnership, ensuring seamless integration, ongoing performance, and continuous value realization for our clients.
• • A vital part of your role will be to collect and relay market feedback, acting as a crucial conduit of information to keep our product and engineering teams informed about emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and partner needs.
• • You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a comprehensive internal knowledge repository, documenting our existing and forthcoming products, technical specifications, and best practices to empower the wider team.
• • As a representative of the solutions engineering team, you will attend and present at key industry events and conferences, effectively upholding and enhancing Circle's reputation as a leader in internet finance.
• • You will also contribute to the Global Solutions Engineering team by supporting internal projects, sharing knowledge, and collaborating on cross-functional initiatives.
• • This role demands a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing the cultivation of strong, collaborative relationships both internally and externally.
• • You will be expected to travel regularly, up to 25% of the time, to external events and to meet with partners and customers across the APAC region, fostering strong in-person connections.
• • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and working with Macbooks is preferred, aligning with our collaborative and efficient operational tools.
• • Fluency in English is essential, with additional language skills in APAC regional languages being a significant advantage for engaging with diverse markets.
