Senior Sourcing Partner

📋 Description

• • Working with one client at a time to get deeply embedded in their culture both socially and professionally
• • Partner with top-tier senior stakeholders and hiring managers, helping them to map out markets and understand talent landscape dynamics
• • Execute advanced sourcing strategies and map out competitor companies to identify top-tier passive tech and sales talent
• • Maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout the initial engagement, screening, and interview alignment stages
• • Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure a diverse, high-quality pipeline of active and passive talent
• • WE'D LOVE TO CHAT WITH YOU IF YOU HAVE:
• • 4+ years of dedicated talent sourcing experience in tech, sales, or both, within a fast-paced environment
• • Ideally 1+ year of in-house or embedded RPO sourcing experience
• • Expertise in advanced sourcing methodologies (e.g., Boolean logic, X-ray searching, diverse platform mapping, and data-driven talent mapping)
• • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of high response rates from cold outreach
• • Exceptional organisational skills, a data-driven mindset, and a sharp eye for detail
