- • The Senior Specialist, Customer Enablement role at Entegris, Inc. is critical for supporting customer satisfaction initiatives and contributing to revenue objectives for assigned GSC customers, particularly in mature product lines and recurring revenue streams.
- • Day to day, the individual will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, drive alignment meetings to understand priorities and document needs, resolve customer issues by coordinating cross-functional teams, maintain accurate forecasts, manage communication across global sites, support consignment inventory processes, partner with Finance on Accounts Receivable, assist with product allocation per CXI metrics, prepare materials for semi-annual business reviews, monitor ongoing customer needs, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- • The role is based in Phoenix, AZ (remote option available) and sits within the GSC (Global Semiconductor Chemicals) and NA Commercial organization, supporting a values-driven culture that emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and innovation across a global workforce.
- • In this role, the individual can develop deep expertise in customer engagement within a manufacturing environment, build cross-functional leadership skills, gain experience with SAP and MS Office, contribute to measurable improvements in customer satisfaction (CXI scores), and prepare for greater autonomy through proactive training and coaching.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fluency in English and Mandarin
- • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- • 3–5 years of experience in customer service or sales within a manufacturing environment
