- • Partner with hiring leaders and People Business Partners to define hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for critical roles.
- • Manage end-to-end full-cycle recruiting processes including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and reference checks.
- • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines across priority skill areas to ensure timely filling of open positions.
- • Leverage data and market insights to inform hiring decisions, forecast workforce needs, and improve recruitment outcomes.
- • Champion ResMed’s Employer Value Proposition to attract high-performing, diverse, and entrepreneurial talent.
- • Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize sourcing channels and improve recruitment efficiency.
- • Drive continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition processes to ensure compliance, scalability, and candidate experience excellence.
- • Contribute to strategic TA initiatives and projects aimed at modernizing and scaling the recruitment function.
- • Ensure a consistent, professional, and positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the hiring process.
- • Work remotely across the United States as part of a distributed Talent Acquisition team supporting global business functions.
- • Engage with corporate functions including accounting and finance to understand unique hiring demands and talent market dynamics.
- • Utilize HR technology platforms such as Workday and VNDLY to manage recruitment workflows and maintain accurate candidate data.
- • Support global and matrixed organizational structures by aligning hiring practices with regional and functional priorities.
- • Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on talent acquisition trends, competitive intelligence, and workforce planning.
- • Maintain strict adherence to ResMed’s hiring policies and employment compliance standards.
- • Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion within the talent acquisition process.
- • Deliver measurable improvements in time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate satisfaction metrics.
- • Operate within a data-driven Talent Acquisition function that prioritizes evidence-based decision-making and process innovation.
- • Contribute to building a scalable, high-impact recruitment function aligned with ResMed’s mission to improve lives through better health.
