- • The Senior Staff Accountant manages the monthly accounting cycle, ensuring accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting standards for the Captives business units.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, overseeing month-end and year-end close processes, assisting with audits, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and mentoring junior accounting staff.

- • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in GAAP, lead process improvements, collaborate with leadership across multiple U.S. and international locations, and develop mentorship skills while contributing to financial accuracy and compliance.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
- • Proven experience in accounting or finance roles
- • Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
- • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- • Ability to travel 2 to 3 weeks per year
