📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end reliability of GenAI-enabled applications by providing Level 3 technical support, acting as the final escalation point for complex production incidents and ensuring 99.9 % uptime for mission-critical SaaS integrations.
• Architect, configure, and continuously improve multi-tenant SaaS platforms—especially those leveraging AI-driven capabilities—by writing clean, scalable code in React/TypeScript on the frontend and Python or Java on the backend.
• Design and implement secure, high-performance integrations between cloud-native services and internal systems, using AWS EKS, serverless components, SQS/SNS queues, VPC networking, and managed databases to deliver sub-second response times at global scale.
• Drive infrastructure-as-code excellence with Terraform and Kubernetes, automating cluster provisioning, scaling policies, and disaster-recovery workflows to reduce deployment time from hours to minutes.
• Eliminate manual toil by developing Python-based automation scripts, CI/CD pipelines, and self-healing monitors that cut incident volume by 30 % and free engineering teams for higher-value work.
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives for emerging technologies—such as LLM RAG agents, embeddings, vector databases (pgvector, Chroma), and event-driven architectures—turning successful POCs into production-ready services that accelerate internal productivity.
• Champion best practices in API design, object-oriented programming, and automated testing (unit, load, integration) to ensure every pull request meets enterprise-grade quality gates and passes 90 % code-coverage thresholds.
• Collaborate daily with cross-functional squads of data scientists, product managers, and UX designers, translating complex GenAI requirements into clear technical specifications and delivering features that delight internal users.
• Optimize observability by integrating distributed tracing, metrics, and structured logging, enabling rapid root-cause analysis and data-driven performance tuning across microservices and serverless functions.
• Mentor junior engineers through pair programming, architecture reviews, and brown-bag sessions, cultivating a culture of continuous learning and raising the overall technical bar of the organization.
• Contribute to the evolution of our Git workflow strategy—leveraging trunk-based development, feature flags, and automated rollback mechanisms—to maintain velocity without sacrificing stability.
• Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating new AWS managed services, Helm charts, GraphQL schemas, and real-time communication protocols (WebSockets, SSE, Pub/Sub), ensuring our stack remains modern, cost-efficient, and secure.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of full-stack development experience with demonstrable expertise in React, TypeScript, Python or Java, and AWS cloud services.
• Production-grade proficiency with Terraform and Kubernetes for infrastructure and container orchestration.
• Proven track record designing multi-tenant, multi-user systems with event-driven architectures and RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Hands-on experience automating CI/CD pipelines, unit/load/integration testing, and Git workflows in enterprise environments.
• Nice-to-have: exposure to GenAI LLM application development, embeddings/vector databases (pgvector, Chroma), and LLM RAG agent architectures.
