Senior/Staff/Principal Product Manager (NARA)

📋 Description

• • As a Senior/Staff/Principal Product Manager at Skylight, you will lead the modernization of the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) by driving the strategy, planning, and execution of secure systems for transferring, storing, and accessing critical government records—work that preserves historical integrity and enables public access for generations.
• • You will lead cross-functional teams of researchers, designers, engineers, and subject matter experts; translate user and partner needs into product strategy; manage scope from research to implementation; write and prioritize user stories; facilitate team ceremonies; leverage data and feedback for roadmap decisions; collaborate with government teams to share digital skills; navigate bureaucratic complexities; and coordinate integration with existing government tools and processes.

The company partners with federal agencies to deliver better public services, and your role will directly support NARA’s mission to preserve and provide access to the nation’s historical records.
