- • Define interaction patterns for agentic AI capabilities — covering status states ("the agent is working"), result surfaces ("here's what it found"), and human-in-the-loop collaboration moments.
- • Design workflows that position AI and human judgment as collaborators, not competitors, with a clear focus on trust and transparency.
- • Produce short-horizon vision work (3–6 month horizon) as runnable prototypes and tangible artefacts that align and guide the broader team.
- • Raise overall product craft and coherence as engineering velocity and feature output scale.
- • Work directly in code for last-mile polish — check out PRs and fine-tune interactions before features ship.
- • Partner with product managers, engineers, and procurement domain experts to translate complex, data-heavy workflows into clear, usable experiences.
🎯 Requirements
- • Senior-level product design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped work — ideally in B2B SaaS, complex workflows, or data-heavy products.
- • A "block-shaped" designer: solid across visual design, interaction design, product thinking, and prototyping in code — not a single-specialty generalist.
- • Demonstrated ability to prototype beyond Figma — you build runnable prototypes that communicate intent, behaviour, and edge cases.
- • Comfortable checking out PRs and making direct code-level interaction tweaks before shipping (this is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have).
