- • Senior Strategic Relationship Manager at Harvard Business Publishing drives enterprise sales in the UAE, focusing on new business and strategic client relationships with C-level, Ministerial, and VP-level stakeholders.
- • The role involves acting as a Business Advisor, Strategist, Account Team Leader, and Revenue Generator to align Harvard’s thought leadership with client needs, lead cross-functional teams, and achieve quota attainment through prospecting and account expansion.
- • Harvard Business Publishing is a mission-driven global leader in management thinking, committed to improving leadership practice worldwide through innovative learning solutions and a culture of inclusion, trust, and engagement.
- • The incumbent will develop expertise in enterprise sales strategy, executive engagement, and solution-based selling while contributing to leadership development initiatives across key organizations in the UAE.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience selling complex professional services or enterprise learning solutions to organizations with 10,000+ employees
- • Proven ability to engage and sell to executive stakeholders (VP level and above) using a consultative, strategic approach
- • Demonstrated success in acquiring new logos and expanding enterprise accounts within the UAE market
- • Proficiency in sales technologies (e.g., Demandbase, PROLIFIQ) and intent data to enhance pipeline velocity and early engagement
- • Arabic language proficiency is preferred
