- • The National Account Executive at Equifax is responsible for executing sales strategies that drive profitable growth in an assigned book of accounts, serving as a trusted authority for meeting evolving HR, payroll, tax management, and compliance needs of employers.
- • Day to day, the role involves establishing and maintaining key customer relationships, leading sales efforts for targeted accounts, assessing client needs, developing business cases with the 'voice of the customer,' leading negotiations and sales pipelines, representing Equifax at customer events, collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners, and working with the New Product Innovations team to build applicable solutions.
- • The National Sales team at Equifax leverages unmatched data assets, recognized expertise, superior innovation, and consistent responsiveness to deliver strategic human capital value alongside cost and time savings for clients.
- • In this role, the individual can learn to diagnose client trends and data to translate insights into rapid sales, drive urgency in the sales cycle, manage complex strategic client relationships, and achieve significant revenue growth while developing expertise in Equifax’s full suite of HR and compliance solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing, strategic sales role
- • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- • Proven negotiation skills
- • Superior communication and presentation skills with C-level executives
- • Experience driving significant revenue growth with highly complex strategic clients
