- • Lead the Southeast region sales team to drive record sales and customer success for Calix, a leader in broadband innovation empowering Communication Service Providers with AI-powered cloud platforms.
- • Manage day-to-day operations, coach and develop high-performing Sales Managers, and ensure teams have the tools to exceed ambitious business goals.
- • Engage with cross-functional teams to advance next-generation business applications and own full sales cycle execution from business champion to executive leadership.
- • Calix is transforming the broadband industry by enabling CSPs to simplify, innovate, and grow while strengthening communities through differentiated digital experiences.
- • Develop leadership expertise in enterprise technology sales, deepen broadband industry knowledge, and drive measurable impact on revenue, customer acquisition, and loyalty in a high-growth market.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record of leading teams to over-achieve quota (top 10-20% of company).
- • 10+ years of quota-carrying technology sales, pre-sales, or account management experience.
- • In-depth understanding of the Broadband Service Provider business and experience managing complex sales cycles from initial contact to CEO/CFO/CMO levels.
- • Strong proficiency in Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- • Willingness to travel up to 50% and reside within the Southeast United States territory.
