- • Own end-to-end performance of complex, high-volume category portfolios across multiple European markets, ensuring product availability, freshness, and cost efficiency.
- • Take direct ownership of key supply chain KPIs including availability, forecast accuracy, waste reduction, supplier OTIF, shrink, ASN accuracy, and lead times.
- • Drive data-led actions to improve demand forecasting, replenishment, and ordering processes — going beyond monitoring to implement measurable improvements.
- • Lead supplier operational performance initiatives, building improvement plans with key vendors to enhance reliability and compliance with SLAs.
- • Implement and optimize EDI processes for electronic data exchange with suppliers, understanding key message types and driving system-level improvements in data quality and collaboration.
- • Lead strategic, scalable process improvements in forecasting, replenishment automation, and supplier collaboration tools that can be replicated across markets.
- • Partner cross-functionally with Category, Operations, Finance, and Tech teams to align on inventory health, working capital optimization, and availability targets.
- • Identify, lead, and execute end-to-end improvement projects — from problem identification and solution design to implementation and performance measurement.
- • Align supply chain standards and performance benchmarks across different markets, comparing results and escalating cross-market risks or opportunities.
- • Share expertise with junior team members to elevate team capabilities in process discipline, analytical thinking, and supplier management.
- • Act as a group-level supply chain expert, influencing how Rohlik’s supply chain evolves as it scales across Europe — focusing on systemic change, not local fixes.
- • Operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal supervision, making decisions based on data and business impact.
- • Communicate complex supply chain insights clearly in advanced English to stakeholders across departments and countries.
- • Apply fluent Czech or Slovak to collaborate effectively with local teams, suppliers, and operations in the Czech and Slovak markets.
- • Contribute to a culture of ownership, speed, and accountability by taking initiative, solving problems proactively, and delivering results with measurable outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in supply chain, replenishment, or inventory management, ideally in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce
- • Experience working across multiple countries or international markets
- • Hands-on ownership mindset with a track record of improving availability, reducing waste, and increasing supplier reliability
- • Experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes
- • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel, data modelling, and BI tools
- • Experience with EDI processes (electronic data exchange with suppliers), including implementation or rollout
- • Advanced English (written and spoken)
- • Fluent Czech or Slovak
