📋 Description

• As a Senior System Engineer at Celonis SE, you will play a critical role in maintaining and advancing the global IT infrastructure that supports the company’s mission to make processes work for people, companies, and the planet through Process Intelligence and AI-driven insights.
• Day to day, you will administer and maintain global IT infrastructure, resolve 2nd level IT tickets from internal employees, proactively identify and create maintenance tasks, spearhead automation initiatives within Internal IT, manage Azure and Entra ID systems, oversee Google Workspace platform administration, work independently on small IT infrastructure projects, and collaborate using tools like Slack, O365, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
• You will join the Internal IT team based in Bangalore, India, as part of a global, fast-growing enterprise SaaS company headquartered in Munich and New York, with over 20 offices worldwide, known for pioneering Process Mining technology and the Process Intelligence Graph.
• In this role, you will gain deep expertise in enterprise cloud and hybrid infrastructures, develop automation and scripting skills using PowerShell and APIs, strengthen IT project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities, mentor junior colleagues, and grow your impact through ownership of critical systems and exposure to senior leadership evaluations of new technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge (7+ years experience) in administering and maintaining SaaS, cloud, on-prem, and client environments including Azure (Entra ID, Identity Governance, Defender), APIs, PowerShell scripting, Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019/2022, Linux, Mac OS, iOS, Microsoft O365 (including Teams), Google Workspace and Cloud Platform, and structured troubleshooting and vendor escalation
• Strong knowledge (7+ years experience) in global infrastructure management (on-prem and cloud), automation of processes, IT project management, evaluation and presentation of new technologies to senior management, administration and use of GitHub repositories, and TCP/IP networks (DNS, DHCP, routing, SSL)
• Solid understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes, ability to act as a role model for other System Engineers, work cross-functionally, ensure alignment with global IT processes, organize work independently and for others, actively share knowledge with junior colleagues, develop configurations independently and target-oriented, and maintain a strong customer-oriented mindset with urgency
