• • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Administrator (Finance Systems) to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is responsible for the comprehensive management, configuration, and ongoing optimization of our critical finance system ecosystem. The scope includes, but is not limited to, Sage Intacct, the vital interface with Salesforce (CRM), and a suite of related finance applications such as AvaTax, DataBlend, and various expense management platforms. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the seamless, reliable, and accurate flow of financial data across all integrated systems, with a particular emphasis on the complex integration between Salesforce, DataBlend, and Sage Intacct.
• • This position demands a unique blend of robust technical acumen and a deep understanding of financial processes. You will be instrumental in supporting operational excellence, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity, and ensuring strict compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and accuracy of our financial operations, providing essential support to our Finance, Sales Operations, and Data teams.
• • Key responsibilities will encompass the meticulous administration and maintenance of Sage Intacct and other finance-related systems. This includes ensuring their ongoing stability, upholding data quality, and guaranteeing adherence to compliance requirements. You will be the primary owner of the integration management for our finance systems, overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end data flow between Salesforce and Sage Intacct. This involves specific accountability for the configuration, vigilant monitoring, and proactive troubleshooting of the DataBlend middleware, ensuring its optimal performance.
• • As the technical lead for essential finance tools, you will possess deep expertise in platforms like AvaTax, expense management solutions, and any other supporting financial integrations. A significant part of your role will involve process optimization, where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance and Sales Operations, to streamline system workflows and implement automation for manual processes, thereby enhancing efficiency and reducing errors.
• • You will be responsible for the planning and execution of system changes, rigorous testing, and controlled releases, all conducted in strict accordance with established governance and change control frameworks. Furthermore, you will provide critical subject matter expertise and user support to the Finance department and other business teams, fostering effective adoption and a comprehensive understanding of our finance systems. This includes developing and delivering training materials as needed.

You will partner closely with Finance and Information Systems leaders to ensure that finance system configurations are not only functional but also align seamlessly with the broader enterprise architecture and robust data governance standards. Your role will also extend to supporting internal and external audit processes, meticulously ensuring that system access, data handling practices, and configurations strictly adhere to company policies and financial control requirements.
