- • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable build and release processes for enterprise systems.
- • Write and review code, develop documentation, and create capacity plans to support system scalability and reliability.
- • Conduct proof-of-concept work on emerging technologies to evaluate their suitability for enterprise infrastructure.
- • Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or CloudFormation to automate provisioning and configuration management.
- • Serve as an escalation contact for service incidents as part of a rotational on-call schedule to ensure system availability.
- • Mentor junior engineers by providing technical guidance, code reviews, and career development support.
- • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in cloud infrastructure, automation, and enterprise architecture.
- • Collaborate across teams to ensure architectural alignment, system resilience, and operational excellence across global financial systems.
- • Ensure systems meet the high availability, scalability, and security standards required in a regulated financial services environment.
- • Participate in architectural reviews and contribute to long-term technology roadmaps for enterprise applications and infrastructure.
- • Optimize system performance through capacity planning, performance tuning, and proactive monitoring strategies.
- • Apply infrastructure-as-code principles to enforce consistency, repeatability, and auditability across cloud and on-premises environments.
- • Integrate security and compliance requirements into infrastructure design and deployment workflows.
- • Support application software development teams by providing scalable, reliable, and automated platform services.
- • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through documentation and presentations.
- • Work in a hybrid model with three days per week in the Greenwich, CT office and two days remotely.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or other STEM-related field
- • 5+ years of experience in Linux/Unix systems and networking fundamentals
- • 5+ years of coding experience
- • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
- • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform or CloudFormation)
- • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, both verbal and written
