📋 Description
- • Deliver end-to-end recruitment services across India, managing key hiring metrics for corporate and operations roles.
- • Lead full lifecycle recruiting for executive-level positions, serving as a strategic talent partner to senior stakeholders across functions.
- • Build and maintain strong university relationships to support early-career hiring initiatives across India.
- • Partner with hiring leaders, HR business partners, and business stakeholders to align talent strategies with organizational goals.
- • Stay informed on labor market trends, competitive intelligence, and industry-specific talent dynamics to influence hiring strategies.
- • Share data-driven candidate and market insights through storytelling to guide recruitment planning and workforce planning decisions.
- • Develop and nurture a robust pipeline of candidates and referral sources across corporate and operations talent pools.
- • Leverage applicant tracking systems and AI-enabled tools to efficiently source, engage, and assess candidates at scale.
- • Collaborate with the APJC Talent Acquisition Leader to design and execute regional recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities.
- • Ensure consistent, compliant, and scalable hiring practices by partnering with regional TA peers and HR teams.
- • Research, design, and implement tailored recruitment strategies for new requisitions based on role requirements and market conditions.
- • Champion continuous improvement by analyzing recruitment metrics, gathering feedback, and applying best practices to optimize processes.
- • Support both senior-level and early-career hiring needs across a broad range of disciplines within India.
- • Maintain awareness of industry-specific talent landscapes, including the Life Sciences sector, to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
- • Conduct occasional travel as required to support recruitment activities, university engagements, or stakeholder meetings.
- • Operate in a remote capacity with a standard day shift schedule and no fixed end date for the role.
