- • Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at CoMind Technologies Inc., leading technical hiring for hardware, software, and engineering pipelines to support the development of non-invasive neuromonitoring technology that improves brain disorder diagnosis and treatment.
- • Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple technical disciplines in London and future sites, build proactive talent pipelines, conduct market mapping for senior roles, and ensure data integrity and compliance in ATS and offer processes.
- • Join a mission-driven medical device company at the intersection of engineering precision and patient impact, working closely with People Operations and hiring managers to scale hiring rigorously while maintaining speed and quality.
- • Develop expertise in strategic talent mapping, competitive intelligence, and process optimization while contributing to an AI-embedded culture that values innovation and continuous improvement in talent acquisition.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter hiring across hardware, software, and broader engineering disciplines
- • Expertise in sourcing passive and hard-to-find talent
- • Experience building teams and optimizing hiring processes, not just filling seats
- • Meticulous about data — maintaining clean ATS, current trackers, and honest reporting
- • Strong collaborator who understands that a great hire extends beyond offer acceptance
