- • Lead full-cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of technical and non-technical roles across India, from sourcing through offer negotiation and close.
- • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop tailored hiring strategies, define talent profiles, and proactively address hiring challenges in fast-paced environments.
- • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across key functions including Engineering, Product, Design, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams.
- • Develop innovative sourcing strategies using market intelligence to identify, engage, and attract high-caliber talent in competitive India-based hiring markets.
- • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring timely communication, streamlined interview processes, and thoughtful engagement throughout the recruitment journey.
- • Serve as a subject matter expert on India’s talent landscape, including hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and candidate expectations to inform strategic hiring decisions.
- • Partner cross-functionally with People, Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to support hiring operations, compliance requirements, employment models, and workforce planning initiatives.
- • Influence hiring decisions and talent strategies by providing data-driven insights and recommendations aligned with Circle’s mission, values, and long-term growth objectives.
- • Manage multiple complex searches simultaneously while maintaining high standards of candidate and stakeholder satisfaction.
- • Utilize applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern recruiting tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in talent acquisition efforts.
- • Ensure all hiring practices comply with local labor laws and Circle’s commitment to equal opportunity and inclusive hiring.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving recruitment technologies, market dynamics, and employment models in India, including direct hire and EOR arrangements.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated success hiring across both technical and non-technical functions in India.
- • Proven ability to independently manage multiple complex searches while balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to influence hiring decisions and talent strategies.
- • Strong sourcing expertise with a track record of building pipelines for difficult-to-fill roles across diverse functional areas.
- • Deep understanding of the India talent market, including hiring trends, compensation practices, and candidate expectations.
- • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern recruiting tools.
