📋 Description

• Senior Talent Acquisition Partner role focused on driving talent strategy for KAYAK, part of Booking Holdings, a global leader in travel search and corporate travel solutions.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Product, Design, Commercial, Marketing, and Engineering roles, including intake, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and candidate experience.
• Join a global, collaborative People & Culture team in Cambridge, Massachusetts, operating on a hybrid schedule (3 days/week in-office) for a 9-month fixed-term contract from July 2026 to April 2027.
• Develop expertise in inclusive hiring practices, data-driven recruitment, and cross-functional partnership while contributing to KAYAK’s mission of making travel accessible through innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including in-house or client-embedded work in a global or multi-site environment
• Proficiency in Ashby (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Solid understanding of sourcing strategies and equitable, structured hiring processes
• Ability to manage workload independently and adapt to shifting priorities
• Clear, thoughtful communication with candidates and internal teams, including comfort working across time zones
• Comfort using data to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and improve processes
