- • Own the design and execution of Almedia’s first-ever global Early Careers program, defining the roadmap, targets, and operational plan from scratch.
- • Build and scale Almedia’s employer brand for junior talent, positioning the company as the #1 destination for top-tier university graduates and early-career professionals across Europe.
- • Proactively establish and manage strategic partnerships with elite universities, student tech hubs, and student-led organizations to drive pipeline growth.
- • Represent Almedia at university career fairs, industry events, and campus visits, delivering high-energy presentations and cultivating authentic connections with potential candidates.
- • Host and organize weekly open houses, networking nights, and workshops at the Berlin office to transform it into a community hub for young talent.
- • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all internship and entry-level Go-To-Market roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding—without relying on external agencies.
- • Actively headhunt high-potential candidates through direct outreach, social channels, and campus networks, treating recruitment as a sales function.
- • Use market data and candidate feedback to advise senior leadership on structuring junior roles for maximum retention, impact, and scalability.
- • Develop and distribute compelling employer brand content—including videos, stories, and social campaigns—that resonates with Gen Z and millennial audiences.
- • Drive attendance and engagement at all campus and office events, measuring success through conversion rates, candidate satisfaction, and offer acceptance rates.
- • Serve as the primary face of Almedia to the next generation of professionals, embodying the company’s mission, culture, and high-performance ethos.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to align early-career roles with business needs and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- • Continuously innovate recruitment tactics to outperform competitors in attracting top-tier junior talent in a competitive European market.
- • Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reporting systems to track funnel efficiency, time-to-hire, and diversity benchmarks.
- • Foster a sense of belonging among early-career hires by creating peer networks, mentorship touchpoints, and feedback loops.
- • Operate with full autonomy as the first-ever Talent Acquisition Partner dedicated to Early Careers, writing the playbook as you go.
