- • Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for high-volume hourly worker roles at a client site in Venlo, Netherlands, with a focus on talent near the German border.
- • Design and implement structured, scalable recruitment processes tailored to blue-collar and hourly hiring needs at the site.
- • Act as a strategic consultant to local site leaders, embedding best practices in hiring and advising on workforce planning and talent availability.
- • Map and analyze the local Dutch and border-region talent landscape for hourly positions, including competitive compensation benchmarks and labor market trends.
- • Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates efficiently to meet aggressive hiring targets in a fast-paced operational environment.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with local recruitment channels, employment agencies, vocational schools, and community organizations to expand talent pipelines.
- • Collaborate with client stakeholders to align recruitment strategy with operational needs, ensuring timely filling of roles while maintaining quality standards.
- • Leverage data and metrics to track recruitment performance, identify bottlenecks, and continuously optimize hiring workflows.
- • Ensure compliance with local Dutch labor regulations and client-specific hiring policies throughout the recruitment process.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, delivering a human-first, transparent, and professional candidate experience.
- • Adapt recruitment tactics based on real-time feedback from site leaders and candidate flow data to improve conversion rates and reduce time-to-hire.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking records in client systems, ensuring data integrity and reporting readiness.
- • Proactively identify opportunities to improve employer branding within the local community to attract a broader pool of qualified hourly workers.
- • Support transition efforts for temporary hires into permanent roles, aligning with the client’s temp-to-perm pathway strategy.
- • Travel to the Venlo site 1–2 days per week as required, or be willing to commute weekly for on-site collaboration with hiring teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in high-volume, blue-collar, or hourly talent acquisition at a mid-to-senior level
- • Native or professional fluency in Dutch (minimum C1 level)
- • Based in the Netherlands or nearby in Germany with deep understanding of local labor markets for hourly workers
