- • Own the entire talent acquisition lifecycle for Voicemod, acting as the single point of accountability for every hire—from the first kickoff meeting to the signed offer letter. You will design and execute a repeatable, data-driven process that scales with our 90-person company as we double in size over the next 18 months.
- • Partner deeply with Engineering and Product leadership to scope roles, define levelling, craft compelling scorecards and align on must-have versus nice-to-have skills. You will translate fuzzy product road-maps into crystal-clear hiring plans that anticipate future technical needs (e.g., low-latency audio engines, real-time ML inference, cross-platform desktop/mobile clients).
- • Source and engage passive talent far beyond LinkedIn. You will mine GitHub repos for audio-processing contributors, hang out in Discord servers where modders share voice packs, and speak at indie-game meetups to surface engineers who live and breathe audio. Expect to build evergreen pipelines for 15–20 evergreen requisitions at any given time.
- • Champion our IASK hiring framework—ensuring every interviewer knows how to assess Impact, Autonomy, Skill and Kindness—while coaching panels to deliver structured, unbiased feedback within 24 hours. You will de-brief tough splits, facilitate calibration sessions and keep momentum high so that no candidate waits more than 7 days between stages.
- • Strengthen Voicemod’s employer brand by ghost-writing technical blogs, co-hosting Twitch streams with our sound-design team and launching a quarterly “Voice & Code” virtual hackathon. You will track brand lift via Ashby analytics and iterate on messaging until 40 % of hires cite culture or mission as their primary attraction driver.
- • Manage external agencies and head-hunters like an extension of your own team—negotiating success-fee structures, setting SLAs and auditing submittal quality—while keeping cost-per-hire under €5 k and agency dependency below 25 %.
- • Build dashboards that surface funnel health, time-to-fill, diversity mix and offer-accept rate to the exec team every Monday morning. You will turn raw data into actionable insights (e.g., “Pipeline conversion drops 18 % when we delay technical test feedback >48 h”) and run quarterly retros to continuously shave days off the process.
- • Own right-to-work and relocation logistics for international hires, partnering with our CFO and local counsel to secure Spanish tech-visas within 30 days. You will maintain a playbook that demystifies NIE appointments, social-security registration and remote-work tax implications for candidates across 15+ countries.
- • Act as culture carrier for Voicemod’s values—Be Brave, Show Ownership, Embrace Passion at Play, Grow Together—by embedding them into interview questions, onboarding rituals and referral messaging so that every new Modder arrives already living the mission.
- • Experiment with emerging tools (AI sourcing co-pilots, async video intros, VR assessment rooms) to keep our process at the bleeding edge of TA innovation while safeguarding candidate experience and privacy.
