• • Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements, developing data-driven sourcing strategies, conducting interviews and assessments, managing offer negotiations, utilizing recruitment analytics to optimize processes, enhancing employer brand, and continuously refining recruitment workflows for efficiency and compliance.
