- • Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist role focused on sourcing and hiring top talent for Vultr’s growth across Engineering, GTM, Infrastructure Operations, Security, Accounting & Finance and other corporate functions.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include strategically sourcing passive candidates, assessing skills and experience, managing full-cycle recruitment, owning compensation analysis and discussions, building candidate pipelines, developing job descriptions with hiring managers, and acting as a strategic business partner to leadership.
- • The People Operations team at Vultr is a central pillar of the company’s growth strategy, supporting a mission to make high-performance cloud infrastructure accessible globally, with a strong emphasis on employee well-being and inclusive hiring practices.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in technical and GTM recruiting, master compensation negotiation and analysis, strengthen stakeholder partnerships, and contribute to process improvements that scale talent acquisition in a high-growth, innovative tech environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a successful Recruiter (in-house or agency) with a track record of sourcing for GTM and/or highly technical positions in a high-tech company.
- • Extensive experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools, specifically Ashby (or similar) and LinkedIn.
- • Ability to manage compensation conversations, analysis, and presentation to candidates with a high close rate.
- • Excellent communication and professionalism skills, with experience building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- • Experience meeting or exceeding expectations in a metrics-driven recruiting role.
- • BS/MS in Human Resources Management, Communication, Business, or a related field.
