📋 Description

• As a Senior Talent Recruiter at Solace Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare by building high-performing teams across Product, Design, Growth, Marketing, and Operations—directly supporting the company’s mission to simplify healthcare navigation for patients through expert advocacy and technology.
• You will own end-to-end recruiting for high-priority roles, ensuring exceptional candidate experience and tight alignment with hiring managers to drive urgent, precise hiring in a fast-paced, mission-driven Series C startup environment.
• Conduct ~20–25 structured recruiter screens per week across Product, Design, Growth, Marketing, and Operations roles, using consistent evaluation criteria to assess candidate fit and potential.
• Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels, leveraging both active and passive talent pipelines to meet hiring goals.
• Coordinate onsite interviews, manage reschedules, and ensure a seamless, professional candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance.
• Pull and analyze data from Ashby ATS to diagnose funnel bottlenecks, track conversion rates, and build data-driven action plans in partnership with hiring managers.
• Maintain organized, up-to-date candidate pipelines with timely communication, accurate tracking, and proactive follow-up to prevent drop-offs.
• Own offer negotiations and extensions, prepare and send offer letters, and guide candidates through the closing process with care and clarity.
• Partner cross-functionally with People Ops and hiring teams to refine recruiting processes, improve efficiency, and scale best practices as the organization grows.
• Contribute to a culture of urgency, precision, and heart by embodying Solace’s values in every interaction—both internally and with candidates.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of recruiting experience, ideally in an agency or startup environment
• Experience hiring for Product, Design, Growth, Marketing, and/or Operations roles
• Strong ability to manage multiple searches with deep ownership and minimal guidance
• Skilled in running structured screens and presenting candidates with clear, concise summaries
• Comfortable using ATS reporting (Ashby preferred) to assess pipeline health and create action plans
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong at driving alignment across teams
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage candidate relationships with speed and care
• High sense of urgency, strong judgment, and a bias for execution
