📋 Description

  • • As a Junior Recruiter at Stellar Health, you will play a crucial role in supporting the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles across functions such as GTM, Operations, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Enterprise Analytics, reporting directly to the VP of People.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include independently managing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and scheduling; implementing strategic sourcing efforts to engage high-caliber talent; utilizing data to improve recruiting processes; proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks; maintaining ATS administration; and ensuring accountability and timely progress in hiring initiatives.
  • • Stellar Health is a US-based health-tech company backed by top-tier VCs (General Atlantic, Point72, Primary Venture Partners) that empowers primary care providers to improve patient outcomes through a technology-driven platform that incentivizes quality care, reduces costs, and supports care teams at the point of care.
