- • The Associate - Revenue Cycle - Healthcare role at BRG Communications LLC supports the Integrated Health Solutions practice by providing analytical and operational support to healthcare clients seeking to improve financial performance through revenue cycle optimization. This position is critical for driving measurable improvements in revenue integrity, denial prevention, and operational efficiency for hospitals, health systems, and other healthcare organizations.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include performing quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis, supporting insurance denial protocols, applying analytical tools to client assignments, identifying process improvements, auditing work for quality and consistency, communicating findings effectively to stakeholders, and collaborating within a team to meet client deadlines and deliver high-quality deliverables.
- • The Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) practice at BRG delivers end-to-end advisory services to healthcare providers, payers, and investors, focusing on strategic growth, operating model transformation, AI enablement, clinical quality, and revenue strategy. The Revenue Cycle team specifically works on margin and operational improvement initiatives, helping clients enhance financial performance through data-driven solutions in areas such as workforce productivity, supply chain, managed care, and ambulatory operations.
