📋 Description

• • The Outreach Specialist champions the growth of National University’s educational partnerships and community outreach to increase enrollments, brand awareness, and address workforce education demands in the Central California region.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include contacting prospects via email, phone, face-to-face, direct mail, and networking events to schedule meetings and present partnership benefits; coordinating educational partnership growth with strategic organizations; conducting B2C outreach with current and prospective partners; implementing and managing recruitment activities such as webinars, education fairs, trade shows, and open houses; networking with the community to support workforce development; performing follow-ups with accounts to ensure commitment and identify support needs; building and improving the University’s image; informing management on outreach events for planning; documenting outreach efforts in CRM systems like Salesforce and Monday.com; and organizing internal procedures to ensure accurate data recording and lead generation.
• • The role is part of Workforce & Community Education (WCE) within National University System, which serves over 45,000 students and employs more than 4,500 faculty and staff. The University is committed to creating innovative solutions for adult learners and working professionals, fostering a supportive academic and work environment aligned with its mission to meet 21st-century global education demands.
• • The Outreach Specialist will develop expertise in partnership development, community engagement, CRM management, and strategic outreach in higher education. They will gain experience representing a major university to diverse external stakeholders, including corporate, healthcare, government, military, and public safety organizations, while building skills in lead generation, event management, and relationship cultivation that support institutional growth and workforce development goals.
