- • As a Senior Tax Consultant in Property Tax (Strategic Valuation Services) at DAISY MOUNTAIN AIR, INC., you will play a critical role in helping industrial and energy sector clients navigate complex personal property tax compliance and identify strategic tax savings opportunities. Your work directly supports clients in reducing tax liabilities through accurate assessments, appeals, and methodology improvements, contributing to both client success and the firm’s reputation as a trusted advisor in niche tax domains.
- • Day to day, you will review personal property tax returns and fixed asset listings for misclassifications, conduct physical inspections at client facilities across manufacturing, mining, oil & gas, communication, and energy sectors, analyze state and local tax regulations, prepare detailed reports on tax savings opportunities, assist clients with filings and appeals, represent clients during formal proceedings before assessing authorities, and collaborate with tax managers to ensure accuracy and compliance.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with coursework in Appraisal desired
- • 3-5 years of experience as an Associate Tax Consultant or in a similar tax compliance or property tax role
- • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation tasks
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions, report writing, and team collaboration
- • Valid driver’s license required for travel to client sites for inspections and meetings
