- • As a Senior Technical Account Manager at Docker, you will serve as a trusted advisor to strategic enterprise customers, ensuring they realize measurable value from their investment in Docker’s platform by guiding adoption, managing technical relationships, and influencing outcomes across the post-sales lifecycle.
- • Day to day, you will build strong relationships with assigned enterprise customers, drive product adoption and operational maturity, conduct technical and business reviews, anticipate risks, serve as the primary post-sales technical contact, partner with Solutions Engineers on handoffs, create reusable best practices and technical playbooks, provide proactive guidance on containerization and CI/CD, maintain documentation of customer engagements, contribute to scalable TAM processes, and support initiatives like 1:many workshops.
- • You will join Docker’s Customer Engineering Group, a globally distributed, remote-first team that unifies pre- and post-sales technical teams to deliver seamless, outcomes-driven customer experiences, collaborating closely with Solutions Engineers, Engagement Services, and Product teams to help customers accelerate time-to-value and achieve long-term success.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise customer success, deepen your technical knowledge of Docker and cloud-native technologies, build executive relationships, influence product direction through customer feedback, contribute to scalable engagement frameworks, and mentor new TAMs while demonstrating impact through improved adoption, health scores, renewal success, and platform expansion.
