- ⢠As a Senior Technical Adoption Manager at Broadcom Inc., you will serve as a trusted advisor to Fortune 100 customers, driving strategic adoption of VMwareās multi-cloud solutions to help them achieve measurable business outcomes through technology enablement and success planning.
- ⢠You will engage daily with assigned enterprise customers to co-create Success Plans, conduct technology assessments, deliver solution guidance, and optimize operationsāensuring alignment between technical implementations and business goals while driving consumption, retention, and long-term value realization.
- ⢠You will collaborate cross-functionally with VMwareās Customer Success, Global Support, Professional Services, Sales, and Product teams to deliver a unified customer experience, acting as the central orchestrator of value-driven engagements across the full customer lifecycle.
- ⢠You will contribute to and learn from the global TAM community by sharing field insights, participating in quarterly training programs, and enhancing your expertise in VMwareās Aria Suite, NSX, SDDC, VMC/AWS, and other multi-cloud technologiesāpositioning yourself as a strategic advisor at the CxO level.
- ⢠You will develop deep proficiency in translating complex technical capabilities into business value narratives, enabling customers to realize cost savings, reduce operational risk, and accelerate innovationāwhile maintaining a flexible, remote-first work model with up to 30% regional travel.
- ⢠You will grow your leadership and influence by shaping customer success strategies, mentoring peers, and contributing to internal best practicesāhelping VMware build ācustomers for lifeā through outcome-focused, trusted advisory relationships grounded in technical excellence and empathetic collaboration.
šÆ Requirements
- ⢠Bachelorās degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience (8+ years) in customer-facing technical roles such as Technical Account Manager, Solution Engineer, Technology Consultant, or IT professional services will be considered.
- ⢠Proven experience with enterprise-level virtualization and VMwareās multi-cloud portfolio, including SDDC (vSphere, VCF, VVF), Cloud Environment (VMC/AWS, vCloud Director), Network Virtualization (NSX), and Automation/Monitoring (Aria Suite, Aria Operations Manager, Aria Automation).
- ⢠Strong business acumen and ability to articulate technical solutions in alignment with customer business objectives, with experience creating Success Plans, delivering technology roadmaps, and conducting Quarterly Business Reviews for CxO-level stakeholders.
- ⢠Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams (Customer Success, Sales, Professional Services, Support) and manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
- ⢠Legal authorization to work in Canada is required; candidates must be based in the Montreal, Quebec area and able to travel up to 30% regionally for client visits, conferences, and training.
