- • Onboard new customers onto Workato’s platform by providing technical consulting, guidance, and enablement to help customers achieve value quickly.
- • Engage with customer business and technical stakeholders to gather integration and automation requirements and lead the solution design process collaboratively.
- • Share best practices related to deployment models, governance structures, and operational workflows from both business and technical perspectives.
- • Collaborate closely with Workato’s Product and Engineering teams to review customer feedback, identify platform enhancement opportunities, and manage customer expectations.
- • Act as a Workato evangelist by demonstrating how the platform drives business automation across diverse industries through direct deployments and embedded solutions.
- • Serve as a trusted customer advisor and internal advocate for customer needs within Workato.
- • Conduct post-onboarding deployment health checks and provide guidance on integration and process optimizations to ensure long-term success.
- • Contribute to the growth of the technical consulting team by creating or enhancing content such as presentations, demos, best practices, architecture patterns, and online courses for customers and internal teams.
- • Deliver an outstanding customer service experience by prioritizing responsiveness, clarity, and reliability in all customer interactions.
- • Manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities effectively, adapting to shifting demands while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
- • Apply knowledge of integration platforms and system design principles to implement scalable, secure, and maintainable automation solutions.
- • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical business stakeholders.
- • Leverage experience with cloud-based and on-premise infrastructure to guide customers through configuration, monitoring, and management of integrations.
- • Utilize understanding of the full software development lifecycle to support end-to-end integration development, troubleshooting, and support.
- • Produce high-quality technical documentation that supports customer adoption and internal knowledge sharing.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of hands-on experience in solutions and implementation consulting
- • Knowledge and understanding of integrations and system design principles
- • Demonstrated implementation of quality integration solutions by applying best practices
- • Experience working with at least one Integration Platform such as Workato, Tray, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, WebMethods, Oracle Integration Suite
- • Strong written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- • Demonstrated ability to create quality technical documentation
