  • • As a Senior Technical Evangelist - AI at Cyara, you will serve as a critical bridge between cutting-edge AI technology and enterprise adoption, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights that help organizations confidently deploy and scale AI-powered customer experiences. Your expertise will directly influence how the market understands AI trust, agentic AI testing, and CX observability, positioning Cyara as the definitive authority in AI-native customer experience assurance.
  • • You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, customer success, and partner teams to develop and deliver compelling technical content, including whitepapers, blog posts, webinars, conference presentations, and demo scripts that demystify AI testing frameworks and showcase Cyara’s platform capabilities in real-world scenarios.
  • • A core part of your role will involve engaging with customers, prospects, and industry analysts to understand their AI deployment challenges, gather feedback on product needs, and advocate for features that enhance trust, safety, and scalability in agentic AI systems.
  • • You will represent Cyara at major industry events, AI summits, and technology conferences as a featured speaker and panelist, delivering thought leadership on topics such as AI governance, continuous testing of autonomous agents, and validating AI-driven customer journeys.
  • • You will work with the marketing and PR teams to craft technical narratives for press releases, analyst briefings, and media opportunities, ensuring Cyara’s innovations are accurately and compellingly communicated to technical and business audiences alike.
  • • You will mentor and enable internal teams—including sales, solutions engineering, and customer success—by providing deep technical training on AI testing methodologies, platform capabilities, and emerging trends in conversational and generative AI.
  • • You will stay at the forefront of AI research and industry developments, evaluating emerging techniques in LLM evaluation, prompt injection testing, hallucination detection, and AI red teaming to inform Cyara’s product roadmap and evangelism strategy.
  • • You will contribute to the creation of reusable technical assets such as reference architectures, implementation guides, and best practice playbooks that help enterprises design, test, and monitor AI-powered CX systems with confidence.
  • • You will partner with Cyara’s engineering team to validate technical accuracy in all outward-facing content and ensure that evangelism efforts are grounded in real product capabilities and customer outcomes.
  • • You will help shape Cyara’s position as a leader in AI trust and assurance by contributing to industry standards discussions, participating in consortia, and advocating for responsible AI testing practices.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience as a technical evangelist, developer advocate, or senior technical spokesperson in AI, machine learning, or enterprise software, with a strong ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • • Deep technical expertise in AI/ML concepts, including large language models (LLMs), agentic AI systems, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI safety techniques such as red teaming and hallucination detection.
  • • Demonstrated experience creating high-impact technical content (e.g., whitepapers, conference talks, webinars, blogs) that drives engagement and adoption in enterprise technology markets.
  • • Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with a track record of delivering compelling talks at major industry conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, AWS re:Invent, Google Cloud Next, AI Summit, WebexOne).
  • • Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to align technical messaging with product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
  • • Familiarity with customer experience (CX) technologies, contact center platforms, or conversational AI ecosystems is a strong plus.
