- • Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, and documentation, tailored for beginner to advanced skill levels on the WorkatoONE platform.
- • Create engaging and interactive training modules for Workato Academy covering setup, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting of the WorkatoONE platform.
- • Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to ensure training programs remain aligned with product evolution and business objectives.
- • Conduct in-person and virtual instructor-led training sessions for customers, partners, and internal teams, delivering hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises.
- • Adapt training delivery methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and varying technical backgrounds across global audiences.
- • Develop, maintain, and administer a certification program for the WorkatoONE platform, including designing certification exams, evaluating participant performance, and ensuring standards are met.
- • Continuously update certification content and training materials to reflect new platform features, product updates, and advancements in iPaaS and AI technologies.
- • Provide technical support and guidance to participants during and after training sessions, assisting with troubleshooting integration and AI-related issues.
- • Assist clients and partners in resolving technical challenges related to WorkatoONE platform integrations and agentic AI implementations.
- • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training content, delivery methods, and overall learning outcomes.
- • Stay current with industry trends in iPaaS, integration technologies, LLM orchestration, AI agents, tool use, and prompt engineering to ensure training relevance.
- • Maintain and update all training assets in alignment with product releases and adjacent training formats across different delivery channels.
- • Travel up to 30% across India, Singapore, and Australia to deliver in-person training sessions and support regional education initiatives.
- • Deliver all training content in English with native or significant mastery of the language, ensuring clarity and precision in technical communication.
- • Demonstrate authentic charisma and enthusiasm for Workato’s product to inspire and engage learners of all technical aptitudes.
- • Confidently answer live customer questions during training sessions and manage diverse audiences with professionalism and adaptability.
- • Operate independently and as part of a cross-functional team with a proactive, self-motivated approach to training program execution and improvement.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5-7+ years of experience in technical instruction, solutions engineering, consulting, or customer-facing professional services at a SaaS/iPaaS company
- • Strong understanding of integration concepts, APIs, web services, and data transformation
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- • Proven experience delivering technical training and certification programs in cloud integration or iPaaS
- • Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, including LLM orchestration, AI agents, tool use, and prompt engineering fundamentals
- • Native or significant mastery of English
