📋 Description

• • Lead end-to-end development of Jerry.ai’s AI platform and customer experience, from roadmap definition to global rollout, focusing on automating car ownership services using LLMs, agents, and internal APIs.
• • Partner directly with engineering teams to design prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails that balance latency, cost, and accuracy in production AI systems.
• • Serve as the primary technical translator between engineering, product, and cross-functional teams, establishing and enforcing AI platform standards and best practices across the organization.
• • Drive measurable improvements in answer quality, customer satisfaction, and automation rates through rigorous experimentation, data analysis, and iterative product refinement.
• • Collaborate with OpenAI partners to evaluate, test, and deploy next-generation voice models and workflow automation capabilities integrated into the ChatGPT App.
• • Own the strategic evolution of Jerry.ai’s AI-powered customer experience, moving beyond optimization of isolated flows to redefine how an entire $2T industry interacts with AI.
• • Translate complex technical concepts about LLM systems, API architecture, and agent workflows into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• • Design and implement systematic feedback loops incorporating human-in-the-loop data to continuously improve model performance and reduce errors in regulated production environments.
• • Build and scale AI systems that already automate over 70% of inbound sales and service requests, ensuring reliability, scalability, and compliance in a high-traffic consumer application.
• • Maintain deep familiarity with cutting-edge advancements in AI, including reading model release notes, prototyping custom workflows, and advocating for adoption of emerging capabilities that align with business goals.
• • Navigate technical tradeoffs in AI deployment—such as model size vs. response time, cost vs. accuracy, and latency vs. user experience—to make decisions that drive both product success and operational efficiency.
• • Own key performance metrics related to automation rate, customer retention, and support deflection, using data to validate hypotheses and prioritize initiatives with the highest impact.
• • Work in a regulated environment where AI systems interact with sensitive customer data, requiring adherence to compliance standards and thoughtful design of ethical guardrails.
• • Act as a builder and systems thinker who can take abstract, strategic AI visions and turn them into scalable, production-grade products with clear implementation roadmaps.
• • Lead initiatives that integrate Jerry.ai services directly into third-party platforms like ChatGPT, expanding the reach and utility of the AI engine beyond the native app.
• • Contribute to defining the long-term vision for Jerry.ai as America’s first super app for car ownership, aligning AI product development with company-wide goals to simplify one of consumers’ most expensive assets.
