- • Lead the strategic vision, development, and ongoing management of Aledade’s Salesforce platform to support the Growth team’s mission of engaging and enrolling new members into the Aledade practice community.
- • Define and execute the long-term product roadmap for Salesforce, aligning platform capabilities with evolving business objectives across Marketing and Sales functions.
- • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (Marketing, Sales) and technical teams, translating complex operational needs into clear product requirements and technical specifications.
- • Collect, analyze, and prioritize feedback from internal users to continuously improve the Salesforce user experience and drive adoption across the Growth team.
- • Collaborate with tech and analytics partners to design, implement, and scale high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet business-critical performance and data integrity standards.
- • Ensure all Salesforce configurations, automations, and integrations adhere to industry best practices and support scalable, sustainable growth of Aledade’s practice network.
- • Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce initiatives—from requirement gathering and prioritization through testing, deployment, and post-launch optimization.
- • Monitor platform usage metrics and business outcomes to assess impact, identify improvement opportunities, and report on ROI to leadership.
- • Stay current with Salesforce product updates, new features, and ecosystem innovations to recommend enhancements that increase efficiency and effectiveness for internal teams.
- • Document processes, workflows, and system architecture to ensure knowledge continuity and enable onboarding of new team members.
- • Champion data hygiene and governance within Salesforce to maintain accuracy of member, provider, and engagement data critical to Aledade’s care coordination model.
- • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams to align Salesforce capabilities with broader organizational goals and technology strategy.
- • Balance short-term tactical needs with long-term strategic investments to ensure the platform evolves in a way that supports both immediate business priorities and future scalability.
- • Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks in current Salesforce workflows and lead initiatives to resolve them through process improvement or technical innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager with deep expertise in Salesforce platform administration and configuration
- • Demonstrated success managing end-to-end product lifecycles for Salesforce implementations in a growth-focused business environment
- • Strong understanding of CRM best practices, data modeling, automation (Flow, Process Builder), and integration patterns
- • Experience collaborating with marketing and sales teams to drive member acquisition and enrollment initiatives
- • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and work effectively with engineering and analytics teams
- • Track record of using data and user feedback to prioritize product initiatives and measure impact
