📋 Description

• Senior Technical Program Manager role focused on coordinating execution and delivery of complex programs for government customers using AtomEngine, Onebrief’s proprietary cloud-based game engine, ensuring commitments are met on time and with high quality
• Day-to-day responsibilities include leading end-to-end program delivery, serving as primary coordination point between Battle Road, government stakeholders, and external partners, translating customer needs into actionable plans, managing schedules, budgets, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across concurrent efforts, and facilitating collaboration across engineering, product, customer success, and partner teams
• Onebrief is an all-remote company founded in 2019 by experienced planners, with a team spanning veterans from global forces and technologists from leading software companies; the company has raised $320M+ from top-tier investors and is valued at $2.15B, operating at $2.1 Battle Road Digital applies video game industry innovations to build the future of simulations, modeling, and operations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience managing programs or projects for U.S. federal government or defense customers
• Prior experience working with or alongside software engineering and technical teams on complex or platform-based products
• Experience coordinating work across multiple organizations or partner teams, including subcontractors or external vendors
• Comfort operating in regulated or compliance-driven environments where documentation, traceability, and auditability matter
• Background in simulation, modeling, geospatial systems, or game-engine–adjacent technologies
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory due to federal contract requirements
