📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs spanning software, hardware, and research initiatives from inception through delivery
• Define workstreams, set milestones, and coordinate execution across engineering, research, product, and operations teams to ensure aligned priorities and timelines
• Serve as the connective tissue between cross-functional teams to resolve interdependencies, bottlenecks, and trade-offs in high-velocity AI-driven environments
• Dive deep into technical topics including GPU infrastructure, distributed systems, and ML architecture to identify and mitigate risks early in program lifecycles
• Build lightweight processes and tooling to enable scalable, sustainable execution across rapidly evolving AI infrastructure projects
• Proactively manage ambiguity by translating unclear requirements into coherent roadmaps and actionable plans for technical teams
• Drive AI-forward program management practices by actively integrating advanced AI tools into workflows and measuring impact through AI-enabled outcomes
• Partner with researchers and engineers to align technical goals with business outcomes in a fast-paced, AI-first culture where change is constant
• Optimize complex distributed systems for performance, cost efficiency, and scalability across global, multi-region, and multi-cloud environments
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure software-defined infrastructure, networking, and storage systems meet the demands of frontier AI workloads
• Maintain visibility into compute, networking, and storage challenges at scale while supporting the deployment of self-hosted and on-premises voice AI solutions
• Foster a culture of continuous learning by participating in AI enablement workshops, conferences, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions
• Adapt quickly to evolving AI technologies and model advancements, ensuring program delivery keeps pace with the rapid innovation cycle of voice AI
• Support the scaling of Deepgram’s voice-native foundation models, which have processed over 50,000 years of audio and transcribed more than 1 trillion words
• Ensure technical programs align with Deepgram’s mission to power production-grade voice agents for over 1,300+ organizations including Twilio, Cloudflare, and Jack in the Box

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of program management experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong technical acumen—bonus if you’ve been an engineer or worked closely with applied-ML teams
• Experience coordinating programs that touch both hardware and software domains
• AI forward program management practices and processes
• Proven ability to thrive in high-growth or startup environments
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and helping others do the same
