📋 Description

• We're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to own the entire lifecycle of hiring across engineering, product, design and growth as well as some corporate roles.
• This role reports to the VP People and it viewed as critical to our ability to build a world class organisation.

• You'll be a resilient problem-solver, creative in your approach, AI-curious and ready to experiment, relentlessly results-driven, exceptionally organised, strategic in your thinking, and scrappy and action-oriented.
• You'll own taking our hiring velocity, execution and impact to the next level, hiring across all levels including executive search, building and nurturing talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs, partnering with hiring managers to define roles, ideal profiles, and assessment approaches, sourcing creatively across channels and experimenting with AI-powered recruitment tools, delivering a candidate experience that reflects our ambition and values, tracking, analysing, and improving hiring metrics and processes, and scaling our talent acquisition strategy as we grow rapidly.
