  • • As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Clarium LLC, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s talent function during a period of rapid growth, directly contributing to the mission of transforming healthcare through AI-powered technology by ensuring the organization attracts and hires top engineering talent.
  • • You will partner with engineering and recruiting leadership to align on hiring needs, refine role requirements, and strengthen team culture, acting as a strategic advisor while maintaining hands-on involvement in full-cycle recruitment for technical positions.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include driving full-cycle recruiting for technical roles—from sourcing and outreach to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing—ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout.
  • • You will proactively identify and engage high-caliber engineering talent using advanced and creative sourcing strategies, building and maintaining a diverse, robust pipeline across backend, full-stack, infrastructure, and other technical domains.
  • • You will represent Clarium’s technical brand and value proposition effectively to both active and passive candidates, articulating the company’s mission, technology stack, and growth opportunities with clarity and conviction.
  • • You will maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the ATS, leveraging recruiting metrics and analytics to track performance, identify bottlenecks, and continuously refine processes, tools, and outreach strategies based on data insights and team feedback.
  • • You will support and participate in recruiting events, virtual meetups, career fairs, and campus initiatives to expand Clarium’s visibility and talent reach in key technical communities.
  • • You will contribute to broader recruiting projects and ad hoc initiatives as the Talent team scales, helping to establish best practices, improve employer branding, and support inclusive hiring practices.
  • • You will operate in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment, balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution, and adapting quickly to shifting hiring priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and candidate experience.
  • • Through this role, you will develop deep expertise in technical talent acquisition within a high-growth health-tech startup, gaining exposure to cutting-edge AI and healthcare innovation while shaping the future workforce of a mission-driven company backed by top-tier investors.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience owning full-cycle recruiting, with a strong focus on technical roles such as software engineering, infrastructure, and full-stack development
  • • Proven ability to operate effectively in high-growth, fast-paced environments, preferably within a tech startup or scaling organization
  • • Strong sourcing capabilities, including experience with creative and strategic outreach approaches to engage passive and active candidates across technical disciplines
  • • Demonstrated success in building and managing diverse candidate pipelines, with a commitment to equitable and inclusive hiring practices
  • • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, capable of managing multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously without compromising quality
  • • Adaptable and responsive, with the ability to continuously refine sourcing and targeting strategies based on market insights, hiring manager feedback, and recruitment metrics
