- • Source and attract top-tier technical talent for high-growth technology clients using deep sourcing techniques across LinkedIn and other non-traditional platforms.
- • Work exclusively with one client at a time to become deeply embedded in their culture, both socially and professionally, ensuring alignment with their hiring goals and values.
- • Partner directly with senior stakeholders to advise on talent strategy, improve hiring processes, and demonstrate the business impact of recruitment practices.
- • Execute end-to-end technical recruitment cycles, from candidate identification and outreach to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- • Utilize data-driven approaches to measure and optimize recruitment outcomes, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and talent function KPIs.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with passive candidates in competitive technical markets, including software engineering, data science, product, and infrastructure roles.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on employer branding, candidate experience, and inclusive hiring practices to enhance their ability to attract and retain elite talent.
- • Collaborate with Talentful’s global team to share best practices, refine sourcing methodologies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment operations.
- • Maintain meticulous records of candidate pipelines, stakeholder communications, and hiring metrics to ensure transparency and accountability across all engagements.
- • Adapt recruitment strategies to meet the evolving needs of fast-scaling technology companies, including executive-level hiring and workforce planning initiatives.
- • Represent Talentful as a thought leader in talent acquisition by embodying the company’s mission to transform recruitment into a strategic driver of business growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of technical recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
- • Ideally 1+ year of in-house recruitment experience
- • Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior stakeholders
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders
- • Exceptional organisational skills and detail-oriented approach
