📋 Description

• • As a Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract) at Garner Health, you will play a critical role in building high-performing teams and shaping the company’s growth by hiring exceptional talent across Engineering, Data & Product, directly supporting Garner’s mission to transform the healthcare economy through data-driven, high-quality, affordable care.
• • You will manage full-cycle recruiting for complex technical searches, develop innovative sourcing strategies, lead pipeline-building efforts, partner with hiring managers to define target profiles, and maintain accurate documentation in Greenhouse to ensure data integrity and reporting readiness.
• • You will join Garner’s Talent Team, reporting to the Director of Technical Recruiting, and work cross-functionally with hiring managers, interviewers, and leaders across the organization to attract top talent during a period of rapid scaling as one of the fastest-growing healthcare technology companies in the U.S.
• • In this 6-month remote contract role, you will develop expertise in technical recruiting within a mission-driven startup environment, refine data-informed hiring strategies, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and contribute to a high-performing team committed to accountability, feedback, and impact at scale in healthcare innovation.
